In (2004 – 2005):

  • MSE student, won in the Poetry Festival held in MES a silver medal for the individual recitation and a bronze medal for the group recitation.
  • MSE’s 3rd Students won the Silver Medal in the top students contest held between five schools in the New Cairo Educational Zone.
  • Scouts team was awarded merits for their contribution in Young-Leaders training program (Dreams and Teams) held and sponsored by the British Council.

In (2005 – 2006):

  • MSE students won the third position in group recitation in the Poetry Festival held in MES.
  • MSE’s prep. Students won Gold Medal in the top students contest held between five schools in the New Cairo Educational Zone.
  • MSE won a Trophy for contributing in the Agricultural Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Education as one of 10 schools in Cairo who encourage agriculture in their school.
  • We also joined in the Marathon organized by Dreams School and was under the auspices of the governor of Giza, we won the Trophy of the Championship since our school got the biggest number of Gold and Silver Medal.
  • Secondary students joined in the celebration of the World Day for Monuments and Sites held in El-Sway culture wheel in conjunction with the UNESCO. They were awarded certificates for their achievements.

In (2006 – 2007):

  • MSE students won third position in group recitation in the Poetry Festival held in MES.
  • MSE won a trophy for contribution in the Agricultural Exhibition Organized by the Ministry of Education as one of 10 school in Cairo who encourage agriculture in their school.
  • 6th primary students joined in a competition between New Cairo Schools and supervised by the education Zone our students won first position.
  • Our secondary students joined in the Arab League Model United Nation (ALMUN) organized by the Cairo university they represented themselves greatly in conversation and debates.
  • MSE was chosen as the only school from Egypt to join in the Euro. Mediterranean Project with another 12 schools from 12 Mediterranean countries.
  • Two of our teachers were chosen to represent Egypt in a programme held in Denmark (images of the Middle East).
  • Secondary students joined in the celebration of the World Day for Monuments and Sites held in El-Sawy culture Wheel in conjunction with the UNESCO. They were awarded certificates for their achievement.

In (2007 – 2008):

  • MSE students joined in the Poetry Festival and were awarded for the excellent presentation and recitation.
  • MSE won a Trophy for contribution in the Agricultural Exhibition organized by the Ministry of education.
  • Secondary students joined the (ALMUN) organized by the Cairo University they represented themselves greatly in Conversations and debates.
  • MSE for the 2nd year was chosen as the only school from Egypt to join in the Euro-Mediterranean project with another 12 schools from 12 Mediterranean countries.
  • MSE was chosen as the only school affiliated to the UNESCO to represent Egypt in Jordan in regard to all our extracurricular activities and we received a thank you letter for all our achievements.
  • The school introduced a curriculum that develops the mental skills known as UCMAS as an extra-curricular activity. One of our students [Nada Yasser] in the French school won the first position in UCMAS competition in Egypt. Therefore, she traveled to Malaysia to represent Egypt in the International competition and she won the third position in the international UCMAS championship.
  • MSE in collaboration with Cairo University and stock market introduced the SMART programme to its students. So students joined in this programme, 30 of them were from MSE. This programme was designed to teach students the basic information they would need to know, in order to participate in any stock market. At the end of the progamme all students were given certificates for participating.
  • MSE 1st Olympic Day. The event was concluded with awards ceremony. Five schools were participating in different sports.

In (2008-2009):

  • MSE students contributed in the Agricultural Exhibition and Art Exhibition organized by the Ministry of Education and won.
  • Top students competitions between 3rd prep students of our school and other schools and MSE we won the first place.
  • The Children Cancer Hospital 57357 organized competitions in Arts, Music and Drama. 6 schools contributed and our students won 2nd position in the Music and Drama and the 5th position in the Art.
  • MSE was granted three free scholarships to the British University in Egypt (BUE) which our top students were happy to have.
  • Our school hosted the (SMART) (Stock Market activity for Rich thinking programme. Students were trained on the stock exchange market.
  • MSE was the only school to represent Egypt in the Europen union 16 S. Project. Our students had the opportunity to convey their points of view and were engaged in various artistic and technological media. They received a book documenting their artistic projects, dialogues, forums and ideas.
  • “Caring and sharing” Orphan Day in MSE. The celebration was supervised by VCE volunteers for co-operation and exchange.
  • MSE students had the opportunity to participate in physical and intellectual challenging activities at El_Hammra scout camp situated on the west bank of El-Wadi El Natron.

In (2009 – 2010):

  • Top students competition between 3rd prep students of our school and 4 other schools. We won first place.
  • 34 of our prep. and secondary students joing the Arab League Model United Nation (ALMUN) organized by the Cairo University. Two students were awarded as best judge and best lawyer in the Arab League Model.
  • ICDL training and testing center, our student Mohamed Ibrahim in 1st English for that academic year completed the 7 modules of ICDL and graded excellent in all of them. Also 80 of our students and 28 teachers examined for a total of 7 modules.
  • MSE hosted the SMART programme for period of 2 – 3 week for our students and students of 5 other schools.
  • MSE joined 12 school of Egypt that are affiliated with UNESCO in a two day camp in Helwan University. The school was presented by two of our
    1st Secondary students. They attended fruitful lectures in many different subjects about history culture education and nutrition. They also attended workshops where they addressed serious issues that Egypt suffers from like illiteracy, street children, addiction and more problems. They also came up with solutions for some of those problems and presented them to the UNESCO to help in correcting them.
  • Bazar and Talent show: A unique event. Music and art department organized a special bazar and talent show.

In (2010 – 2011):

  • MSE students joined the (ALMUN) organized by Cairo University they represented themselves greatly in Conversation and debates.
  • 3 of MSE teachers along with ours teachers in the children’s cancer hospital 57357 school attended a SEED course. SEED is a volunteer – based education program focused on underserved communities where schlumberger people live and work. This educational program is based on learning-while doing (LWD) methodology draws on the technology and science expertise of volunteers to engage students in global issues. MSE teachers took this course to learn and implement it in our school.
  • MSE’s annual fun and family day a very beautiful day and a great gathering of students, parents, teachers and friends. Every one enjoyed the games, food, shopping and much more. Our music department put together a beautiful show.
  • MSE welcomed a visit from a group of teachers from Bodindecha schools in Bangkok. Their main mission was to understand more about the educating systems in private schools and teachers affairs. They were very impressed with our school systems, extra-curricular activities and mission.
  • Safety Driving: 80 MSE’s School bus drivers are coached to be safer and more aware with collaboration of shell petroleum co. under the full training of SETTEC. They attended 2 day course about Safety Driving.
  • MSE joins forces to terminate illiteracy in Egypt: 15 teachers attended a one week course to be able to teach illiterate adults using a new way of teaching literacy based on the Concentrated Language Encounter (CLE).
  • Oraphan’s Day: We are pround to say that this special day was fully sponsored by MSE.
  • Two of MSE students in the French school were in the children Jury Committee to judge the children films presented in the 20th Cairo International film festival for children.

In (2011 – 2012):

  • All MSE students who took the exam for the first and second modules of ICDL passed.
  • MSE was granted 3 free scholarships to the British University in Egypt (BUE) which our top students were very happy to have.
  • MSE’s Campaing to Support Egypt’s Fund. The student’s council started a campaign to collect cash donations from the students and teachers in the school. The student’s council leaders headed to the National Bank Egypt Al Rehab branch and deposited the sum of money in account No. 25-1-201 that was set to support Egypt’s Economy.
  • 57357 Marathon: MSE student and teachers contributed The Marathon was organized by the Canadian Embassy and European Union in Cairo.
  • An opera Treat: The Austrian cultural Forum invited MSE students to attend “The Opera Turkish” at the Opera house. 20 of our students dressed up formal attended with the school principal Dr. Rafida and a few teachers.

In (2012 – 2013):

  • Two of our students in prep. and sec. stages won a prize in the science competition for a science projects. They were awarded a special certificate from the educational zone.
  • Five of our students from prep. and sec. participated in the school’s competition held at the children’s cancer hospital and won 1st place.
  • The gymnastics team participated in many events sponsored by Cairo Educational Zone students in 3rd Sec. achieved 1st and 2nd place volley ball, hand ball and tennis in the competition between schools across Egypt.
  • The ALMUN “Arab League Model United Nations” which is a famous attraction to our secondary students was also popular this year. Student represented themselves greatly in conversations and debates.
  • Our “Morning Lines” has won first place amongst all schools in new Cairo in the “Best Morning Line Competition” held by the New Cairo Education / Zone.
  • Ain Shams introduced a new simulation program about the European Union and 45 of ours students participated.

In (2013 – 2014):

  • Cambridge Exams: MSE held a certificate distribution ceremony for 49 of our students who took the University of Cambridge Esol examinations.
  • ICDL progress: The students that passed the 7 modules received their ICDL certificates.

In (2014 – 2015):

  • Teachers training course the New Academic School year. The course was about professional skills for class administration from 1/9/2014 to 4/9/2014 some representatives from UNESCO and affiliated schools with UNESCO attended.
  • MSE in collaboration with 57357 hospitals. Organized celebration for the graduates of MSE 57357 school in the hospital on Sat 13/9 the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education and a number of Governors, attended this celebration Media and Sports figures attended.
  • A celebration was organized by the New Cairo Educational zone to honour the first and outstanding students Two of MSE students were honoured for 6th and 9thplace in the 6th grade and a student for 3rd place in 3rd They were all awarded a 200 L E investment certificate presented by MSE administration in the morning line.
  • UNESCO organization organized a celebration to honour Dr. Rafida Asker The principal of MSE for her efforts and contribution to Education.

Dr. Rafida was also honoured by the Minister of Education and also by the head of the Educational Zone on 12/10/2014.

Dr. Rafida asker was awarded a certificate of thanks from all of them.

  • A celebration for the New Student Unions for the academic year 2014 – 2015for the prep and Sec stages was celebrated  on 27/10/2014 Representatives of the Educational Zone attended and were impressed and admired the inauguration ceremony
  • A number of education al and cultural trips were organized for primary and prep stages Kidzinia – cosmic village – Cinderella show – Mon zoo farm – Magic Galaxy – Teba rose garden – family garden – Circus – Monte Carlo Ain El sohna (sec stages)
  • A fun day was organized on 7/11/2014 the program included different items musical, artistic – sports and a big bazaar for shopping. It was a very beautiful and successful day and a great gathering of students, parents, teacher’s families and friends. Under the theme ”Together for the love of Egypt”.
